Talaske’s office is conveniently located in the down town Oak Park area, at 1033 South Blvd.  They have transformed the first floor of the “Boulevard Arcade Building” into their own well designed and thought-out space.   The building, built in 1922 has lots of character with beautiful floor to ceiling glass front windows with a lime stone trim.   The building also houses a central interior court yard. The LaSalle Atrium Building Chicago is a 17 Story building in the Chicago Loop Business District. It was built in 1913 and was originally the Fort Dearborn Hotel. A renovation in 1985 converted this building from a hotel to office. The lobby boasts a 30’ ceiling, original marble and slate flooring, mahogany millwork, and ornamental steel railings. The mezzanine level hosts 2 historical murals that depict Fort Dearborn along with the Central light court capped with a skylight to create an atrium extending nearly the full height of the building.
